Puff Puff Girl

The beginning of Spring means the beginning of white dress season. I love me a good white dress for the warmer months. I wear them to work, day time activities and for the gram of course! The thing I like about white dresses is that there is a style for every occasion and every mood. I was feeling girly and trendy so I got this puff sleeve dress from Urban Outfitters and paired it with a beret for a Parisian look, and let’s be real it’s not actually that warm out yet in Chicago. The dress is somewhat adjustable at the back with a tie, because of that the open back does show off a little more skin.

The puff or bubble sleeve adds a dynamic shape to the dress, it’s a statement but not a loud one. The embroidery really stands out on this dress, it’s subtle but detailed enough to take the look up a notch. It’s a great length for a petite lady like me. Paired with these platforms for height, I felt very chic. I’ll definitely be looking for more puff sleeve silhouettes this Spring!

I also like this very similar but longer version from ASOS, it might be more appropriate for work. This cream colored number is cute too, especially for an event.
